Texas vehicle storage facilities may require valid government-issued identification and documents showing that the person requesting access, inspection or release has legal rights to the vehicle.

An authorized person requesting access to or personal property from a vehicle they do not own may be required to complete the VSF013 Personal Vehicle Owner Removal and/or Inspection form.
